"Comfy at first, but umm, a little sensitive"
Umm, this felt comfortable when I first used it, and it didn’t dry me out too much. But after a while, my skin and eyes started feeling a bit sensitive, so I had to take breaks. It’s not terrible or anything, just not quite perfect for me.

"Still waiting after two weeks"
I’m a little embarrassed that I keep checking for updates, but it’s been two weeks and I’m still waiting. I haven’t heard anything or gotten any real update yet.
"Like the refill idea, but wish the info was clearer"
I do like that Izzy is trying to cut down on plastic with the refillable setup. It feels like a better choice than a lot of the usual options, even if it’s not perfect. That said, I did get a little annoyed because some of the communication wasn’t super clear, and I had to dig around more than I expected to understand how everything worked

"Looks good, but feels a little flimsy"
The packaging was cute and clean-looking, and I liked the colors and simple design. My brain kind of did that shortcut thing where nice packaging made me assume it would be sturdy too, but the box felt a bit thin. One corner was already bent when it showed up. Nothing inside was damaged, thankfully, so it wasn’t a big deal. Overall it’s fine, just not as durable as I expected.
"Wish I hadn’t bothered with the refill process"
I really wanted to be into Izzy because the refill and recycling idea sounded so convenient, and I wish it had worked out better. Instead, I kind of regret signing up because it ended up feeling like more effort than it was worth.
The refill took longer than I expected, and the return steps weren’t very clear. I had to keep track of the empty tube, the packaging, the label, and the whole thing started to feel like a chore for something as simple as mascara.
I also reached out to customer service with a question and the response was slow. I’m sure the system works fine for some people, but for me, I wish I’d just skipped it and bought a regular mascara

"Works okay, but didn’t hold up like I hoped"
It did help a little and I could tell there was some difference after using it, so I wouldn’t say it was a total waste. But it started looking worn out quickly, which was disappointing for the price. I also didn’t love the way the whole experience felt kind of dismissive, like I was being talked down to when I had questions. Overall, it’s just okay, not terrible, but not something I’d be excited to buy again...

"I had an issue with my..."
I had an issue with my order and expected it to be a hassle, but support took care of it really quickly. From my experience, they were straightforward, helpful, and didn’t make me jump through hoops. Definitely appreciated how easy they made it.
